Background Fetch, Background processing 을 체크해주고 Archive 하니 

ERROR ITMS-90771 'BGTaskSchedulerPermittedIdentifiers' ~~~ blah blah ~~~ 에러발생

정리하면,

1. Xcode Info list에 +버튼을 눌러 BGTaskSchedulerPermittedIdentifiers 추가해줌

2. item 0 : 현재 개발중인 앱 번들 id 추가

3. Archive 성공
